Lars P. Enevoldsen, M.D. performs the full spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, as well as a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, in Modesto, California. His fully accredited surgical center is closely associated with Skinfinite Medical Spa, allowing patients to experience a seamless continuum of care between surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. In private practice in the Modesto area for more than 30 years, Dr. Enevoldsen specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. He is recognized for combining precise surgical technique with an artistic approach to deliver natural, balanced, and individualized results. Dr. Enevoldsen earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed a five-year residency in General Surgery at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California, followed by a Plastic Surgery residency through the National Capital Training Program based at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the California Society of Plastic Surgeons (CSPS), and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). In 1996, Dr. Enevoldsen was elected to serve on the Executive Council of CSPS and later served as President of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons from 2010–2011. He has also served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at both St. Dominic’s Hospital and Doctors Hospital of Manteca, and currently maintains clinical privileges at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. Bradley Donald Tourtlotte, M.D. is an experienced American physician with over three decades of dedicated service in medicine. He is based in Modesto, California, where he has served diverse patient populations throughout the Central Valley, including Stockton, Turlock, Modesto, and Oakdale. Dr. Tourtlotte earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1991, laying the foundation for a long medical career grounded in evidence-based practice, comprehensive care, and strong physician-patient relationships. Throughout his career, Dr. Tourtlotte has practiced broadly, with expertise spanning general medical practice, family medicine, and surgical care, allowing him to approach aesthetic medicine with a uniquely comprehensive clinical perspective. Dr. Tourtlotte began his aesthetic medicine career in 2002, with a primary focus on advanced laser technologies, including laser resurfacing, skin rejuvenation, and combination laser procedures. Early in his aesthetic practice, he developed a strong appreciation for technology-driven, results-oriented care and the positive impact aesthetic treatments can have on patient confidence and quality of life. After several years in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Tourtlotte stepped away to concentrate on comprehensive general patient care, gaining decades of broad medical experience across diverse patient populations. While this period strengthened his clinical foundation, he ultimately found that corporate medicine did not align with his personal approach to care or his passion for meaningful, individualized patient relationships. In 2025, Dr. Tourtlotte returned to aesthetic medicine—re-embracing what he considers his true calling. He now brings together his early aesthetic expertise and extensive general medical background to support a modern, patient-centered aesthetic practice. Dr. Tourtlotte values collaboration and is especially passionate about working alongside Lars P. Enevoldsen, M.D., Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, to provide comprehensive aesthetic care. Together, they blend advanced technology, medical oversight, and surgical expertise to deliver safe, personalized, and high-quality aesthetic outcomes.
